Delivery packages

Everything, everything, everything, you will know everything about our delivery costs.

France packages

Deliveries are not calculated based on weight, they are flat rates, and there are 2 of them:

• Home delivery: 9 euros (regardless of weight, destination in France) it is 9 euros and it is via Colis Privé or Colissimo.
• Delivery to a relay point: 4.5 euros (regardless of weight, destination in France) and it is via Mondial Relay.
• We offer you delivery to a relay point from 100 € of purchase

Packages for Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg

• Express home delivery: 20 euros (whatever the weight, the destination in France), via Chronopost.
• Delivery to a relay point: 7 euros (via Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg and Chronopost Relay for Germany)
• We offer delivery to a relay point for purchases over €100.

Shipping times

We ship your orders the same day if the order is placed from Monday to Saturday before 1 p.m. Otherwise on D+1.

Your orders are shipped from our Paris 15 store, by Tony.

Why packages?

The packages correspond to average shipping costs, which we have tried to keep as low as possible to remain competitive.

We don't make any margin on it at all. Out of 10 shipments, 9 cost us more than we charge you.

The shipping cost is not included in the price of the item, as many sites do. In fact, these sites offer shipping but include the cost in the price of the items, which means you pay more.

The other technique of the big sites is to buy in very large quantities to lower the purchase prices and thus include the delivery costs in the price of the item without touching the margin. They also include the cost of sales. Suffice to say that it works for large low-cost productions in Asia, much less for Made in France...

The choice to favor products where each link in the chain is fairly remunerated therefore leads us to charge delivery costs in order to ensure the sustainability of Miocherie.
